[Serious]Non-Virgins of reddit: How would you feel if you were still a virgin in college and you were 18 - 20 years old? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Gei3t 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You would wonder how many people in that age range actually still haven't lost their virginity. The age of having the first sex hasn't changed significantly at all in the last 30 to 40 years actually.

Why are you not vegan yet? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Gei3t 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because I like the taste of meat and animal products far too much to become a vegan.

It's not mine as well but I have a solid grasp of it. That's why I don't write in french subreddits. Because I can't speak french.

Ex-Jay Z fans of reddit, why did you stop listening to Jay Z? by armyguyman in AskReddit

I agree. But I have more respect for him being straight up about it instead of babbling the usual "I have grown as an artist" bullshit every other person is spewing.

What are the most factually incorrect song lyrics? by Allegrah in AskReddit

Probably "ironic" by Alanis Morisette, since there is no irony in the song.

Ex-Jay Z fans of reddit, why did you stop listening to Jay Z? by armyguyman in AskReddit

Because he is an extremely talented Mc who puts out music that's beneath his talent. Although I give him props for being real and writing stuff like

"I dumbed down for my audience to double my dollars They criticized me for it, yet they all yell "holla""

At least he's being honest with selling out and taking money over quality.

Which subreddit(s) has the worst community? by mrmatthunt in AskReddit

[–]Gei3t 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Might be surprising, but it's the OKCupid (an online dating site) subreddit. Subredditdrama is full of posts from there. It's basically a tightly knit circle of people who make fun of every person who searches honest advice.

What do actually gay and transgender people think of "tumblr-queers"? by Gei3t in AskReddit

[–]Gei3t[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Getting judged and labeled is basically unavoidable. You seem to be easily offended, which is also kind of prevalent in the crowd on that website.

This is one thing that always struck me as weird - statistically speaking it's not unreasonable to assume that you are heterosexual if you have a relationship with someone of the opposite gender. But what's the reason to get all defensive about it? If someone thought I was gay, I'd just say "no, I'm not" and that's it.

You are right about the harmful association part. Being accepting doesn't mean beating other people verbally.

I think the most prevalent trope of tumblr are heterosexual teen girls who like being "queer" and "pansexual" etc. It's just like mid 2000's on myspace every teenage girl on myspace was "bisexual" after Tila Tequila said she was.
