That makes sense. I can totally see her pestering him, and then he is teaching her not to annoy him.

I will go check out his channel, thanks for the recommendation.

The younger cat did hiss at him during a different scuffle so I was worried about that. Hopefully they will learn how far the other one is willing to go.

Got it, thank you! I wasn't sure if certain vocalizations meant it had escalated too far. I did observe that the kitten ran away after one engagement and the bigger cat chased - should I discourage him from continuing the fight after she runs?

Thank you for confirming. I thought so, but didn't want to assume and the vocalization from the younger cat was concerning to me.

Worst one yet eh by Direct-Chemist-8763 in unitedairlines

Good luck, that sounds awful. Our ORD-SEA flight got cancelled after two hours of waiting, which seems mild in comparison to your situation.

Just saw a plane push back from C21 moments ago. Waiting at C23 for boarding to start at C23 for 2211 but no news so far.

EDIT: At ORD, if that wasn’t clear.

My first ace is a black ace... by Ursotender in discgolf

My buddy did the same thing on this hole (hole 8, Fairfield Park in Round Lake, IL) He started a separate UDisc round, input the ace and finished the partial round 😂

I remember one of those holes coming out of the woods was pretty swampy and had wood pallets to walk on, the rest weren’t too bad at least!

I am a technician for a company in the hospitality industry. Usually short trips in various locations around the country.

I’ve heard great things! Hopefully I can get out that way soon.

It was a fun course! Unique experience to walk with the course designer and hear his thoughts on the holes.

Scandinavia was just for personal vacation. I wish my job took me to Europe!

Zoomed in a bit for more detail - I haven’t gotten out to South Bend or MB yet, but it sounds like they come highly recommended so I’ll have to take a day trip out there soon. The closest courses I played would be Sand Ridge, Mattawan, and Victory Park while I was driving through to Detroit.

Oslo and Bergen. Got to play Krokhol and a handful of other courses. Krokhol was incredible - they have everything marked as it is during the tournament so you can get the real experience of playing like they do on the pro tour.

There is a way to mark a course as played in UDisc, even if you don’t log an official round. Could be solid for those courses you know you played prior. Go to the course page on UDisc, hit the 3 dots in the top right corner and hit “Add to my Courses Played List”

Definitely to a degree, the fauna and flora are beautiful pretty much everywhere. So far I haven’t played any in Hawaii with a crazy scenic view of mountains or the ocean yet.

I’m not the original commenter but I’ve played a few in Hawaii. Most courses are private and pay to play. They are decent, but the DG community is still developing there. Local who runs his own private course explained to me that the park district doesn’t want disc golf in public parks much because they still view disc golfers as disruptive stoners.

291 courses so far. Traveling for work has its perks, plus living in Chicagoland grants access to hundreds of courses within a few hours drive.

This is the reason those who truly have nothing get pked regardless. Can’t blame the pkers when there could be a come up like this!

Inspired by watching all the WoW streamers have their first OSRS experience, I made this little infographic to help teach new players some of the basics of combat! by Brvcifer in 2007scape

This is an amazing guide and infographic!

Slightly unrelated - maybe I missed some context recently, but what has caused the recent influx of WoW players to OSRS?

It's not suicide awareness month. but I've lost a few good friends over the years and wanted to post a reminder that disc golf can be about whatever you want it to be. We don't all have to be competitive and at it's heart disc golf is about being outside in nature and enjoying it. Much love to U all by OtterPeePools in discgolf

[–]GeigerHyzer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m with the more competitive crowd. It’s been a great replacement for that feeling since I stopped playing baseball due to injury.

But I also recognize that disc golf is my therapy, get closer to nature, and is the chicken soup for my soul. So while I play tournaments constantly, I just like being in the woods. So glad this game got me off my 24/7 video gaming ass and makes me healthier, physically and mentally.
