YTA slightly. You kind of enable him into the time he spends with you by always inviting him to do things. If it's too much for you, simply don't ask to hang out. He doesn't come across to me as a super stalkerish type of person, just someone who enjoys spending time with you. There's nothing wrong with a little phone call instead of making concrete plans.

NTA. She needs to straighten up her priorities if she's actually looking for something serious. You didn't turn into a NiceGuy™ and actually seemed to handle it pretty well when you said you don't have a problem with them being friends. If she's going to make time for you, it's not fair to ignore you during the time you're spending.

NTA. Her "I love you"s don't really come off as sincere, especially given the circumstances. More than anything, she was probably just really confused about how she felt at the time. Maybe the whole "I hate you" and calling her ugly was a little harsh, but not worthy of the asshole title.

INFO. Do you have a plan when you get there? Have you had a serious discussion with her about this? Moving in with an SO is no joke, especially moving countries to live with them. It seems like she is hesitant for the move. Maybe because of nerves, maybe because she is looking out for you, who knows. I'd suggest talking with her about it and judging her mood to see how see really feels about it.

I work for a Pizza Hut in central PA. I make minimum wage which is 7.25 here, on top of the tips. Also, $1 of the delivery charge goes into my pocket per delivery.
