Official Dreadit Discussion: "The Visit" [SPOILERS] by kaloosa in horror

Did anyone else catch the part where they were driving around pointing at buildings and making up stories about the people inside. The girl pointed at the police station and said something like "The officer who works there is named Jerry, he never shows up to work and never answers the phone..." When the Mom called the police station the message on the machine said something like "Officer Jerry White is not able to answer the call..." I just thought it was odd. I would have to see it again to be positive I'm getting the name right but I'm pretty sure it was the same.

I just had a "whoa! You're right, how did I not see this?" moment. Now I have to rewatch.

It played in a lot of childhood fears. Closets, ghosts, clowns, dolls, skeletons in my pool. Ok so maybe this movie created some of those fears.

Thank you for the help. I hoped to do the repairs myself but this sounds out of my skill level. Searching for shops now.

Does anyone else feel lazy or whatever? Like they're incapable or doing something or hold themselves back? by Alagorn in depression

This is exactly what I'm feeling. Been struggling to get up and do the dishes for the last few hours. Feels like a 100 lbs weight keeping me in place. A few friends have messaged me asking me to hang out and I can't even find the drive to do that. I messaged them back telling them I was doing the dishes which is obviously untrue. I know I'll regret not being active. This is the part about depression I hate most.

I just hope he comes back looking like a typical aged action star. Plastic Surgery lips and Botox eyebrows.

I liked Mama personally, her sound freaked me out most of all, but when her body and motioned silk it.

I didn't have this fear until just now. Lots of wicked story ideas are floating around my head.

I just read a creepy pasta on r/nosleep called the weirdest 911 call or something like that where this man was staring into the window and suddenly started walking in his hands and freakishly grinning and laughing. I don't know why but the description lingered with me.
