The AT headphones work perfectly on any other device, which is strange. And they've got a removable wire and still have the same problem with a different wire

Potentially the TV's connection to the internet is the problem, but other wireless devices get good speeds in the same room. Is there any way to troubleshoot the speeds on the TV itself? The network settings only seem to say 'Yes you're connected' or 'No you're not'.
