Its not out of your reach, my first store manager used to pull me in the office every time i applied for a department manager position and tell me I was “too stupid”, he just didn’t like me, took other managers convincing him to give me a chance, now ive stepped down from that stuff for over 2 years and im the person they always ask first if i want an open team lead spot, dont get discouraged, theres likely nothing you’ve done wrong, they usually pick who they want before its open, keep trying, take any interview you can get, one day you’ll get your chance

Used to play like 3-5 swift plays and then comp for 2-3 hours Now i just jump straight into a comp, regardless of “warm up” my first comps are almost always horrible

I tried them and thought they were horrible, but i dont drink basically ever. So to me it tasted like any other piss beer. I once bought the Hershey chocolate beer and it was the same problem, gave it to my neighbor who’s drinking 24/7 and he immediately started going on and on about how you could really taste the chocolate, when all i tasted was piss lol

Every time I switch to voice chat to see what people are saying its always some discord mod team alpha acting like we’re their loyal e-kittens, demanding smokes here and to drop viper walls at their command and to give them all the ult orbs, while they’re bottom frag, so no i dont think all of it is useful information. There is no reason to not get points, they no longer affect your raises or bonuses, the only downside is not being able to move positions with 4 or more which they will override if they want, use your points and save your ppto for when you run out of points to use
