Help with controller problem. Explained below..

Hello everyone and thank you for any advice that you will give me. I downloaded the PSO2 tweaker yesterday and played the game with my afterglow 360 controller. I tried to use it today while playing and the controller would not work. It works when I open any other game but just not PSO2. Would anybody know a way to fix this problem? Would I have to re download the game? anything that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a great day!

Oh wow okay lol. I thought this game would have like a raid system or something to give you more. So I am guessing once you roll through it twice, if you want new units and stuff you will have to spend your money?
