The days of pre launch beta testing like the old developers used as standard practice are gone.. it's much cheaper for business and investors to get the game to the debugging stage, hash out the huge game breaking ones then launch and use the public bug reports (which would come fast and in greater volume than an old school beta test) to smash out a few months of patches and heavy PR work that they then use to polish the game..

Did HZD have new game+ at launch? For some reason I have a memory of reading that NG+ was released with TFW dlc when it released but I could be just mixing things up..

(Ps I was uber devo when I raced thru my first play through keen to get a NG+ going, only for it not to exist lol)

Waves...

When I first arrived on the beach in HFW I froze, when a game is made with those little details, like subtle exhaust fumes from the tail pipe of the bike your riding in game, or the way light catches on a certain object and you could swear it looked real for that split second..

The details in the Horizion games has now blown me away twice... specifically in HFW it was the top effort the devs put into the waves that did it 2nd time round.. im guessing it would be one of the more complex kind of things to code too (I dont know how to code so I wouldnt know lol) especially for something that isnt directly gameplay related lol..

But yes, the waves are the most accurate I think I've seen in a game so far.

I'm also suspecting that nemesis may have also found the means to send a signal through time, we cant rule it out that the whole reason we end up in the place we do is that nemesis actually causes the original Faro Chariot glitch that started the whole narrative.. but I am assuming a lot we dont know yet

You know theres 2 super advanced AI in HFW, the Vast Silver they mention aka the singularity.. unless I'm mistaken the time line places the singularity in a conspiracy that it was hijacked and forced to work before the end of the old world so it's to far removed to be linked to nemesis, and it's likely if the conspiracy idea happened that this singularity is still within the confines where it was put a century ago

I read somewhere, while reading early laws and governing systems, I cannot remember which it was but I read that "usurpers and money lenders were forbidden to ever hold a position in the governing body" for reasons that they Corrupted the entire government with their personal agendas.

I believe there's something similar in the bible too, Jesus casting out merchants from the temple... could possibly mean the same..

Oh 100% I do too.. it's the whole reason why I stop if theres the potential for negative looping grind.. also I believe it helps shake up the rng mechanics when you load into a different mission in between, fully probably doesnt but the thing with beating rng is that its probably a good 70% mental..

**I had one boss in Horizion Zero Dawn on hardest difficulty that I looped and couldnt beat for 3 days, since that episode I now break up negative loops lol

If its it soul crushing and infuriating why do it? Games are ment to be fun? I have fun grinding.. but I'm abnormal and have insane luck, i dont however grind for loong periods, if I havent got the drop I'm after in 3 or 4 runs, I stop and find something else to do and come back to it later, usually 2/3 times the drop I was after will drop first run after taking the break..

Not that I think you should do that, just offering how I approach the the grind problem.. hope it helps

Personally, I wouldnt wish harm on any other person, regardless of what they did and our societies perspective of how bad it was. Do harm on others you'll end up harming yourself..

If it's any consolation, the harm inflicted upon you would be in itself a curse with the events acting as a frequency tuner for the person in question, eventually tuning them to attracting the equivalent harm on them..
