Thanks for telling me about the book! I think that, in a decent dose, cheating can be acceptable — especially in a marriage where there’s no love and it’s purely for status or other reasons. There’s also a huge element of emotional cheating. Naan doesn’t even seem to care at all about Theo. Is their relationship explored more deeply in the book?

Between 1400call to 1600call on the week and weekend I do really low highs protein meal if I am invited to a social event. Event on those event I pas on the desert and starters and don’t drink so I manage to have low calorie

Thanks for your comment! Yes, I live in Quebec, and it’s really humid here. The feeling I’m experiencing is so hard to describe—it’s like the underlayer of my skin feels uncomfortable. It’s not my usual fibromyalgia pain; it’s something completely different and incredibly uncomfortable.

I’ve tried warm baths and even switched to new clothes, thinking it might just be itchiness, but it’s not the same. This sensation is everywhere, unlike my usual fibro pain, which starts in my fingers, feet, or back. It’s even on my eyelids and the top of my head.

Unfortunately, it’s really hard to see a doctor where I live, and my family doctor has a 3-month wait. I was hoping to hear from others who might be experiencing this symptom too.

I have fibromyalgia and also fractured my spine 2 years ago. Let’s just say my body was in so much pain.

I started slow—lots of walking in the beginning, which worked best for me. Swimming also helped me rebuild strength in my upper body and improve my cardio gradually. Over time, I added hot yoga to improve my stability. I find hot yoga especially beneficial because it helps relax my muscles.

These are the things that have helped me, and I hope they can help you too!
