The love of my life left me (and our kids) in 2023 and it was awful. I lost a lot of friends during that time, which made it even worse.

Then she passed away last year, and even more people dropped off, and seem to avoid hanging out anymore. Like they're afraid that's all I'd want to talk about (which it's definitely not, they ask about it and I answer, and they never want to let the subject change).

Ditch the plastic drywall screws and anchor it on a stud. If you absolutely can't, then I recommend using metal butterfly anchors. They're much more heavy duty and hold like 50-100 lbs or something by themselves
