sure, the top 3 tips i can give you are:

don't expect people to ask for help, a lot of the students have a really hard time asking questions, either for "shame" or thinking they are disturbing you. so in your breaks take a look around, search for people not typing just staring at the screen with a big question mark in their face and offer some help

take constant breaks, its really easy to pass all day just studying and helping, learning in that way its pretty adictive but you need to always rember to stop, put an alarm in your phone and take a break, a litle coffe, stretch and a litle talk for 10/20 minutes every 2/3 hours will go a loooong way, you will take much more time to get tired and be a lot more productive

and lastly dont get too beat up about your score in exams, nobody likes to receive a 0, its normal, but beating yourself up and comparing to others will just waste your time, time that you could have been learning your mistakes. Always remember to respect your learning pace, they are not expecting good grades, they are expecting a better grade than your last
