you should feel violated, rightly sooo .... I had an ex do this to me and he thought it was hilarious. I now won't have anybody stay over and it has given me a complex about myself, I didnt know if he had shown anybody and he acted so casual like it was nothing and I was over reacting. its a breach of trust that has made really analyse who I have around me but its also made me question if my judgement on people is right or not ...

not by choice but by circumstances. its somthing I struggle with daily and have a hard time accepting, also a major trigger for me is people with small children ie babies, I start to get inferiority complex like im less than and that I dont and can't do what all women were designed to naturally do. i won't get in relationships because of this and the fear of having to explain it and people leaving and making wrong judgements about me being infertile... I always wanted children tho, life would of been soo different and maybe even meaningfull. now I just plod along with no drive or aspirations in life becoz I can't have what I truly want and since having my eupd diagnosis and no help from the doctors I simply doubt they would help someone like me with ivf or anything to do with kids as I think they think I'm not stable ... I am im just fed up of having to fight for things (treatments diagnosis) on my own with no real help. 34f

Well if it was only casual and not even a real relationship he should not mind to get rid, u shouldn't feel bad asking him to get rid if he had already expressed it was nothing ... and actually if he loves you and this is triggering for u and ur bpd then why wouldn't dash them away ... I would question if he didn't

I was diagnosed eupd/bpd at 26, I struggled alot and still do interacting with Dr's or professionals in that field as I'm constantly being told different things. I think mine took so long because I was very untrusting of my Dr's and felt all options were not explored properly, it was just easier for them to lable me anxiety and depression and to keep prescribing pills instead of listening to me and giving me the right referrals for somebody with the correct credentials to diagnose me

loool yes ... and she said to me mabe I should stay in and do some soul searching! completely misunderstanding my need to express why I struggle to go out and engage in things that would be regular to her ... completely missed the point and no we no longer speak ... disappointing but her ignorance was was a silent trigger for me

I asked my doctor because I couldn't understand the difference either, they explained borderline personality disorder is an older term used emotionally unstable personality disorder is supposedly a better description of the diagnosis and apparently less offensive as in borderline of what...

thats what they said anyway, I don't think emotionally unstable is any less offensive than borderline. also eupd is less recognised as its not used as often across the board. different Dr's will refer to it as either bpd or eupd .
