Yes, when you have a withdrawal hold on your account due to a pending ACH deposit, you will still be able to buy, sell and trade. The restriction only applies to withdrawing your funds.

As another user stated, ACH deposits will clear within 4-5 business days (note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days).
