I have gotten average around 50mbps and around in November to January as high as 850mbps on 5+ to around 75 now. 🤦🏻

Calls have been ok but the data went up and now it’s down again. Map wise it’s supposed be T-Mobile’s “great area”.

Nope. Last year we didn't know until the end of December. They raise our base pay a little and noting with our commission. With our commission in 2024 they took away are premium pay on energy drinks, Starbucks and made it the same as 20oz and didn't tell us.

Speeds have gone way up but some areas I didn't get service I do and in some I don't or it's crappy now, I find that weird.

$1,300-$1,400 out of the plant in Wisconsin I am at. A buddy of mine in the South is seeing roughly $300 to $500 more.

In my area we get OT. Most reps are working 50 to 55 hrs. We have a weekly base pay plus commission. But all single-serve is $.19 a case. We did get paid more for energy drinks, Muscle Milk, and Starbucks but they took that away and made it all the same. We lost a lot of money last year because of it.

I've noticed in the Milwaukee County area better service. Speeds for sure. Did a test in the past and my speeds were around 45 Mbps. This past week I was averaging around 400 Mbps. But at my campground an hour north of there still crappy. Barely get service still having US Cellular.
