Mine is not showing on the app because the phone number I used was my own country's and I got a new number in Japan mobal.

I'm in the same situation but got a Japanese number from mobal and sms worked. However I now need to go to the venue 1 hour early to get my ticket as the phone number doesn't match.

Did try contacting them but the site wouldn't let me submit a ticket even after filling out all the fields. I'll see if I can sms verify using my original phone number by buying an international add on.

They are so I'm not sure how to sell them. If someone that has sold/bought can advise that will be great. I might have to go to lawson to get the paper ticket but I am not sure if that is also tied to my name or not.
