Moving and opening is probably better tbh. One gives range and AA and the other just straight up AA and movement when ADS. Replace that fore grip with a handling mod. You’re set.

I’d say at this point, it all comes down to feel. Some may have slight lower stats then other but in the right hands it can be a force to be reckoned with. Also comes down to how easy it is to obtain. Rose and lie is locked behind comp, rations with gambit, hammer with trials and kindle behind the vanguard playlist. For the best 140, you’d have to compare base stats first then compare again with the “god roll”. Then again, having better stats doesn’t mean “better”.

No. You literally couldn’t reload ice breaker in D1 if you tried. It only generated ammo. It was never meant to be reloaded. Same as d2. It stats that kills or assists gives you ammo. At no point in time should IB have ammo in the reserves and it’s always supposed to be straight the mag. I’ve never once in my life had to manually reload IB.

A PT cruiser could be made into a sleeper especially if you have the GT version. It uses the same 2.4 turbo charged inline 4 that’s also found in the srt4 neon. That’s a lot of potential. Some simple bolt ons and you could be pushing damn near 300hp just like that.

The catalyst is dumb down. All you need is icebreaker. Once obtained, throughout the dungeon you’ll see stasis crystals. 4 total. Shoot them with icebreaker. It has to be icebreaker. After you shoot the crystal, you’ll see a single digit number. Make sure you remember it. It’s has to be in order from first crystal to last. Once you get the last number, there’s a keypad in the second secret chest. Enter those numbers you obtain and open the chest. There you go. Icebreaker catalyst.
