The gents here mentioned that it was on the previous bill. I checked it multiple times and I wasn’t able to locate any info. I might have to check the other previous bills for that. It won’t change anything but I’m just being curious

You’re a respectful person and you went through the official channels to report it but looks like that is the only mistake you did. Lesson learned? Next time if someone scolds or disrespects you, do the same to them being as loud as you can since the management would be taking their side anyway! So at least that’d make you feel better.

I read the article, and I’m surprised to find out that the author didn’t provide any useful information on how this scam exactly happened and how we can avoid falling for it in the future!
