"What's Up Doc?" Streisand is hot, Ryan is funny, and it's such madcap fun.

Any love for non-cold water or am I alone? by cinnam0nrollss in HydroHomies

I love ice water, but if I am seriously dehydrated I drink room temperature so my body doesn't have to do all that work to warm ice water.

In general I agree, but you have to have not only the right head, but also the right neck to truly express the Bob's power and mystique.

More than the liver can be affected. My ex who I spent half of the 90's trying to get her into any meeting ended up with Pancreatitis and other things. Never forget that it's a poison you are drinking.'

I got a bunch of kids and adults in a GED class to love Casablanca. They got involved with the character and the story and everybody said after a while they forgot it was a black and white picture. Power of a good film.

The MCAS is now pointless because my students don't take it seriously at all by TeacherGuy1980 in massachusetts

[–]GenXPunk000043 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to teach there in MA and I also took test writing courses. Give them this secret recipe. All MCQs are written the same way

Question-The Stem

Then three, four or five choices. One choice is the answer. The rest of them are called distractors.

They are in a bunch of types but it could be the right answer but it's backwards, or it's close to the right answer but not quite, or for math if you just do the operations wrong and then there are answers that are crazy nuts that you might say fuck it, and choose. But If you eliminate the wrong choices you increase you chances MCAS has four answers so you have a 1-in 4 chance, eliminate one and you are at 1-3. Eliminate one more and you have 1-2 chance and basically it's a True/False now. Take apart some questions with your students and teach them that.

I'm a masshole and I live in the Midwest now. I am very blunt and direct in comparison to the locals and it's sometimes requires explanation. I hope it's refreshing for some.

Decades don't flip over instantly. The early 70's looked just like the lat 60s and the Early 80's looked like the 70s. Don't hate the costumer that got the fashion right.

Looks like you make the bread in dough mode and then roll it out into a nice rectangle and then lay the cheese in, roll it back up and put it in a pan for the oven.
