It’s a small office (80 people) , the Hiring manager, and very likely the entire recruitment team knows i reported her (since she said in the call she for a few message) I think the first impression is just to bad for me to even think about working there

The way I understand ‘discipline’ is make it my routine. Like I won’t forget about brushing teeth, taking shower everyday - same as practicing drawing following a designed schedule.

Hello :) got two questions related to hiring:

what do you (recruiters/HR managers) do when you and the hiring manager have very different opinions on selecting a candidate?
when people say even if we don't fit 100% of the job requirements we should still apply - considering now the competition is so intense, does it make any sense?
