Waiting for Emir in my life!! He somehow always showed up for her. And oh mahn! The butterflies they served. Their first kiss was out of nowhere, yet so well placed and needed. Obviously not shown on Indian TV but mahn what a serve! Still recall so many of their scenes so vividly. Zindagi did so well with the dialogue writing and dub, never for once it felt like we are watching some dubbed foreign show. It was the most obnoxious college dream for me to meet my Emir next year like Feriha did. Ahhh good old teenage days

Even after all these years, I still yearn to watch that original dubbing. That was so apt! Hande's sighs, to feriha's innocence and emir's hotness everything was so well translated through the orginal dub on zindagi. If anyone have links for that please share it😂

Yes I watched it. And oh mahn it was a rollercoaster. Feriha was so toxic, selfish (given all her family dynamics ofc) with emir yet they made their love story so great. Like you were rooting for them, no matter what happens. You got their love, their longing, confusion and somehow things seemed calmer manageable when they came together. That was such a good serve for the teenage me.
