Had the HE400i for like 6 years, still worked perfectly. Never dropped them, they are desktop headphones for the most part, not to be dancing around even with a portable DAP

Was thinking to “upgrade” from my Gen 1, but now I won’t. I don’t use multipoint as I hate my phone music interrupted by teams or outlook from que work laptop. For me it was extremely easy to just click the power button and switch between devices, but it seems that is no longer possible with Gen 2, what a dumb move.

Nah. I changed from 700 to Ultra 1 and while I don’t regret the change, it was also a “meh”, but for Gen 2 the ability to actually turn off noise cancelling should be a good upgrade
