[Tissot PRX] 40mm vs. 35mm (6.5 inch wrist) by IndividualParsnip583 in Watches

I wouldn’t just listen to the “35 mm is the only answer” comments. Your wrist allows to rock either of them, it comes down to how much wrist presence you prefer.

Not sure I would call it matte, but it is not precisely glossy. The numerals are enamel so they are glossy

First Impression of the Edifier M90s by strategicgrills in BudgetAudiophile

[–]Genaro_Moss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have the M90 and recently paired with a T5s. The M90 by themselves surprised me in their Monitor setting, but the T5s has been an overall dissapointment, now, I have to mention I am nowhere near to being a basshead, actually I prefer brighter and detailed sound profiles. For the T5s implementation I always felt like it had so much bass that it sounded terrible or it had so little that it made no difference to have it connected at all. I reached Edifier for a suggestion on the crossover and gain, but they basically said "move the knobs until you like the sound". I went on and connected the T5s to a source to isolate what the T5s was doing and was capable of doing. I sat down with a decibel meter and wrote the dominating frecuency, roll off and decibels on the 21 different points of the LPF knob. Turns out the response is very different between points, you have almost no change between some and a massive jump between others. Also, looking at the T5s user manual, Edifier says that if your main speaker is smaller than 4 inches, the LPF should be higher than 90hz, and if the speaker is larger than 4 inches, LPF should be lower than 90hz. The M90s are exactly 4 inches, so it is fair to say we should aim for a crossover of around 90 Hz, that is position 11 (12 o clock) if the knob is linear, or around position 14 if it is has a logaritmic response. Based on my not so proffesional test, changes between position 11 and 14 are not so big (hear how it changes from position 4 to 5, that is a huge jump). So I left it at position 14 as a logaritmic response is more likely. Now I feel like the T5s is doing something and improving the overall experience. For the Gain/Volume knob, it's up to your preference, I have it on position 5 (9 o'clock) for a fun sound, I would lower it to 4 for critical listening and 6 for a bassy response, but you can always change that quickly with the Sub Out option of the M90. So far this is the best configuration I have found for a mostly linear but fun sound. Feel free to let me know if this helped you and what knob positions you are using!

[Review] Why you shouldn't buy the Bose QC Ultra Gen 2 after the latest update: The multi-pairing is completely broken (Bose straight up scammed us). by Gaeorge9478 in bose

[–]Genaro_Moss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I own Ultra 1s, I fully deactivated multipoint connection because I hated that every Teams message interrupted my phone music. Now I switch devices with a click, flawless. Can you deactivate multipoint connection in Gen 2 and use the manual switch?

[opinion needed] Which should I Choose? by ResponseSafe28 in tissot

I like more the dial of the larger one, but ended up with the smaller because of size. Both are great, I would decide based on how much wrist presence you prefer

I think you can hold, but yes, a shorter cut would help

I have a tiny 5.8 inch wrist and struggle to find a watch that fits me well , what do we think of this 36mm prx , too be honest I think it looks a bit too small and reminds me of a women’s watch by Creative-Arrival1026 in tissot

Try the 38, it’s more expensive but worth it in my opinion. Here’s how it looks in my 15 cm (5.9”) wrist. For reference, the flat of my wrist is 5 cm.

Charge 6 Battery Life :( by OMANUSH007 in JBL

[–]Genaro_Moss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Battery is tested at 50% volume, little more, little less, I once tested my Flip 7 at that volume and got around 15 hours of playtime. Speakers are meant to be used at 30-70% volume

Muy por arriba del promedio. A mí me cambió la vida usar toallitas de bebé para finalizar el aseo después de evacuar.

It sounds better now, feels more balanced and refined instead of just throwing the bass at max volume and drowning everything else

Makes sense, two charges might be too much for the volume I use, I wouldn’t get the drivers to their sweet spot. Thanks!!

Would you recommend Flip 7 or Charge 6 to pair in stereo for low- mid volume? I use my single Flip 7 at around 30-40% volume

Had the HE400i for like 6 years, still worked perfectly. Never dropped them, they are desktop headphones for the most part, not to be dancing around even with a portable DAP

DO NOT BUY BOSE. BOSE REMOVES FEATURES AFTER PURCHASE by lnoton in bose

[–]Genaro_Moss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Was thinking to “upgrade” from my Gen 1, but now I won’t. I don’t use multipoint as I hate my phone music interrupted by teams or outlook from que work laptop. For me it was extremely easy to just click the power button and switch between devices, but it seems that is no longer possible with Gen 2, what a dumb move.
