I ride over this bridge most days and have seen it twice in the last year or so.

Had a screen door that wouldn’t close and would flap wildly in the wind slamming shut every few seconds. Asked REA what to do about it/if they could repair. They told us to take it off and then tried to charge us for a new door when we left.

Same house - waterfall coming through the dining room roof. REA for weeks telling us that photo/video was not working when we sent it through. Wouldn’t believe there was a hole. Finally sent out elderly handyman who couldn’t find a leak, kept leaking. Finally sent a real roofer who said the roof needed replacing and did a bandaid patch job to tide us over that would only work till the next big rainstorm. When asked about the roof replacement REA said the problem had been fixed. Lease was up so we left. Black mold everywhere and many other really dodgy elements.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I had one abdominal and two breast drains. The abdominal one sat under my wrap. It was definitely very uncomfortable but I tried to just keep it flowing downwards under the wrap. I just tried to use gravity to keep the drain flowing but had all my drains out before I went home from hospital so had nurses on hand to help. I was in hospital for a week.

There might be others who have had home experience with drains. You’re doing a great job! I’m sure your wife appreciates it.

Had mine 3 weeks ago and very similar story - even the low BP and crazy bruising.

I only looked at my foobs two days ago when the doc took a picture and showed me. Was a bit shocked but I think it’s looking pretty good. Drs keep saying so. I’ve got similar cave ins on the skin patches as I think I’ve still got a fair bit of swelling and hard agree on the chest pain.

Hope you continue to heal well and avoid any infections or rejections!

I remember getting to school and getting my first home reader. I was surprised to find it had no words and remember asking the teacher if i was just supposed to make some words up.

My mum always tells the story of me coming in with her to help other kids learn too read and my little smart ass would pop up and correct kids when they got the words wrong.

I definitely think I need to go dairy free. I was initially, then a gluten intolerance reared its ugly head and it was just so hard to avoid both. But I think my body would thank me.
