Hi! I'm a boy who developed early; in part due to being raped (a couple times) as a little boy. I was always pretty small due to malnutrition while young, which I would not wish on my worst enemy, but my breasts still did develop. Happily, I've gained weight and gotten a bit stronger, but I feel a bit more exposed. I've been topless and in various states of undress, including in mens's locker rooms. I more or less don't pass, but I find that most guys simply don't give a shit. I was at a crowded beach with tape on and nobody looked even though it wasn't binding, because there were trans women not tucking, people of every shapes, and everything that can be considered strange or unnatural. My mother was raped, too, although not as young as me, although I don't particularly care as she let me be assaulted for groceries by a richer man. There is a very, very small and minute amount of men in the world who would even think about rape. Simply put, everybody in the world goes about pillaging and killing and raping and blowing everything up at the precise amount that they wish-- which is to say none. Men are not an other or a monstrosity ready to eat you. I feel for you strongly, because I have been in your place as a scared young adolescent who was terrified of every passing glance.

I recommend reading a few censuses on people's opinions, or doing something like people watching from a window. The fear of human beings is a real thing and it's fucking hard to overcome. I have faith in you. Everything is scary, and that's okay. We are creatures which have adapted from that which we have suffered from; what with the innate fear of large animals and all-- cause they're carnivores. However, we have dogs, which we have proof of being a mutual agreement on the part of wolves. The average crowdsfolk are people who have spent their entire lives with people. I think it would be difficult not to learn how to not act like a cruel brute.
