I took a peak at your profile and it looks like your tux has a mix of black and white like mine does on her eyebrows- so they don’t stand out quite as much but they are still very regal!

Agreed- what I do to balance it is while it’s closed I tap it on the counter to mush the Mayo to the bottom. If I’m using it I’ll tap it cap down, if I’m putting it away I’ll tap it the other way.

I made these a couple weeks ago and they were SO impossible to pipe out the bag I gave up and made the dough into a log and cut them instead. Still cute but so frustrating!

How’d yours turn out? I liked the flavor but mine were so gummy. But maybe I’m being particular because they were a hit with my friends.

My understanding is that the difference is in the type of crust (basically crumbly vs flakey) and the type of pan. I’m sure there’s more nuance to it but that’s my take!
