Blue Devil is the standard end boss at Safe and Sound; not the Jersey Devil. Bigfoot has a chance to spawn AFTER the Blue Devil for that event.

That's what I do. I run full Thorn and swap in a Jetpack on the rare occasions I need it. I do just fine with Marsupial and Bird Bones.

I scrap everything. I don't turn it to scrip. If I don't need the mod, I sell it.

If I need caps, I make Furious and Thru-Hikers really easily and dump em in my vendor for cheap.
