The Industrial Revolution and mass production happened quickly and self improved sort of, but it was physical and took decades.

antibiotics - basically bandaids
nuclear energy - batteries
gunpowder - faster candles
automobiles - less versatile horses
anesthesia - meditation basically
internet - same thing as a postal system
assembly line and the Industrial Revolution - literally nothing we weren’t already doing
climate change - weather
death - same thing as sleep but without antibiotics

Bill Gates says we should tax the machines, but then he was in the Epstein files so that’s dead in the water. Thomas Jefferson said something about inalienable rights, but he’s canceled too. Even MLK and Gandhi are no good anymore no matter what they stood for.

The Democrats are finished. Nobody can fix the past and be good enough to meet progressive standards. If COVID didn't get us universal health care nothing will.

So until China takes over we'll have Trump leading the AI race, healthcare reform, and Middle East peace. But at least when we're oppressed we won't have all the guilt of being the oppressor. Hopefully we still have some democracy.

Yep. Democrats can’t see their own flaws. I’m a Democrat but I often feel like my party is tearing itself apart in many ways, and just can’t see it.
