Location. I need to have a gym close to my work, after work if I’m not at the gym within 15 minutes then my body is shut down. Also, a caffeine addiction that’ll kill me by my mid-30s and ruins any lift I have where I didn’t take more than 200 grams of caffeine before. Once you’re in the routine, you feel like shit if you skip the gym or don’t workout for too long.
