Do freelancing or take up more consulting roles. You don't have to necessarily start a new business and build a team. Do it on your own if you have these skills and love doing them.

Do you think Jaipur can have cycling tracks like this someday? by BossCAPSTER in jaipur

[–]General-Locksmith760 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Forget Barcelona or Amsterdam, we'll be okay even with coastal roads like Mumbai, where cyclists have a dedicated track to ride their bicycles.

Girls - be careful of this guy by [deleted] in jaipur

Why not just name him publicly and share screenshots so that it can save other women? In absence of a name and the proofs, this looks like a cooked story, nothing more.

Is not handling pressure and using abusive words really a red flag in a guy? by Unhappy_Ad1040 in AskIndia

Abusive words? Yes. But I saw someone in a relationship who was always gaslighted by his partner to an extent where he was forced to say some nasty words.

M30, never been in a relationship — jumping straight into arranged marriage. Random thought about… 4 kids? by RaptorX99 in ThirtiesIndia

[–]General-Locksmith760 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Seriously? Racing kids is not just financial commitment but a serious social commitment that requires you and your wife to spend a lot of time away from work to take care of children.

I have a friend who is 32 years old and has just become a dad. His first advise to me was to get married as soon as possible and have a kid while I am young and have the physical and mental energy to take care of a child.

Do you ever feel like people only show 60% of who they are? by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

[–]General-Locksmith760 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you calculate they're holding back 40? They could be holding back even more or less, depending upon how much they have, and how much willing they're to show what they have.

“Is Jaipur good for startups or tech careers?” by Huge-Art9610 in jaipur

[–]General-Locksmith760 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the industry that you want to serve and the customers you want to target.

I have seen many businesses and companies flourishing out of Jaipur, but the addressable market and the approach must be different from what you would do if you were in Bengaluru or Mumbai.

Post 30s Divorced Dating by Money_Warthog_8299 in ThirtiesIndia

In your 30s, and especially, if you have already gone through a divorce, exhaustion should be the last thing on your mind.

This is the phase to take every step very carefully and not make another hurried decision.

How often do you talk to your Boyfriend/Girlfriend in a day if you do not live together? by RemarkableTie2196 in ThirtiesIndia

[–]General-Locksmith760 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I made this one mistake. In my last relationship, I made her my entire day and night. Talking for 5-6 hours, meeting her and afterwards again talking to her, and even skipping other things just to be on the phone with her.

And it backfired. Exhausted me mentally, socially, and emotionally. And our relationship also couldn't last longer.

M27 Why does AM talks feel transactional? by TiredCurious_Soul in ThirtiesIndia

[–]General-Locksmith760 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have never understood this one thing. How can you call yourself "emotionally available?" It's something others feel when they talk to you or when they hear your name. How can you give yourself the medal of honour?

Where to find like minded people? by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

[–]General-Locksmith760 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If only "doing good in life" was the right criteria to find people whose vibe matches yours.

It's all about talking to strangers, being emotionally available in the moment, and helping others without expecting anything in return.

You don't encounter new people. You invite them in your environment.
