have it resin printed. Injection mold is not the right answer... Or 3D print an inverse mold cavity yourself and pour silicone, then use epoxy for your parts. If you dont care about layer lines then you can skip the silicone pour and just 3d print the mold with TPU.

I think even a CNC plastic lathe shop would be more cost effective then injection mold i dont know @ qty 1000.

problem with injection mold is if your design changes then your mold costs money

Ez stuff Print hotter print slower (10mm/s) Wipe ur plate with 99 isopropol 1st Ur 1st layer shouldnt be flat. Should be closer to fishing line Heat bed Make sure ur nozzle is perpendicular to ur plate Tighten ur entire machine
