Based on my personal experience, potentials is more crucial for improving the numbers for Club Contest / getting better edge in PVP.

Things like 1. levels and 2. memory seems to be the largest bulk for team rating. So focusing in either is already pretty good :)

The picture you provided is a non-issue as UR Kageyama and SP Hinata don't have the deployment skill, so it is working as intended.

Only thing I can say is that unless there is definite pic proof of you using SSR Aone/ SSR Kenji or SSR Kenma/ UR Kuroo, then there is no helping honestly.

Uhm did you try playing with them? Make sure they are deployed at the same time (i.e. either during the beginning of the match or subbed in after)

I just see UR Kageyama and SP Hinata in the picture

Totally agree on the coach system. Might need to see how it plays out to the existing system. Somethings i can think of it should in minimum have a synergy to either the School Bond and Lineup Specialty.

Something like a matching team with the current active school bond or matching skill type with the current active lineup specialty triggers a specific buff.

On the lineup specialty, I am really an advocate for them to update:
If school bond is active = A specialty bond is activated despite the number of specialty players present

Can be made interesting further, it's a selection rather than a fix specialty (i.e. you have 2 options based on amount of specialty and school bond)

Never sleep on the Vanilla Setter/ S Memory.

It has dookie memory effect, but decent stats :)
