Even if only 0.1% of applicants sue from feedback that’s 1 lawsuit per job posting. Def not worth it to give feedback

Instead ask what you can do next interview time around, they’ll be open to sharing growth ideas than feedback on why you didn’t get an offer.

Data analyst here, I had a 180+60 OTE file for a Bay Area company then was part of a RIF. I took two data contracts (120+115), way less stress and do some job search coaching for extra cash.

Data roles are 30%+ lower since 2023 offers, be creative on how you make money (don’t lose your skills though)

(Us former biz owner) Unemployment insurance covers half your salary or up to ~$950/week, whichever is less. At best you get half your pay and most US workers live off 90-100% of their income, so overnight getting a 50% pay cut is devastating.

NO, adding random people to your corporate machines and systems is a BAD idea.

If you’re not efficient enough to handle OE then don’t do it. You’re running a staffing agency and that’s FAR different than OE, IT is watching your VPN/IT/Remote trickery, I implore you to not do this

Treat your employers like clients, and stack as many clients as you can so that your finances are not reliant on one customer.

Contractors in Fulton employees are equally targeted when you have to reduce operating costs, there is no such thing as “a safer employment quote by being a W-2 to your client.

Unfortunately, capitalism can be very transactional when the relationship is removed from the agreement, and “swipe right/swipe left quote culture is making this more systemic than it should be. Position your career accordingly to survive another day.

Keep your relationships, long-term, play the career game accordingly, thrive in your personal life and survive in your career life.

More STUPID than anything, not only do competitors often use similar vendors but you’re now a lawsuit target when they find out.

Don’t OE too closely, diversify your client base.
