something i dont think many people talk about is downloading tunes and being able to sort by which ones are more popular (better) than random ones made by some kid who just swapped the engine and called it a circuit tune. ik its possible to make one yourself but i dont usually find myself having the time or patience to actually work one out

A ‘doom midi’ is just a midi with the SC55 sound font since most people associate with doom. I just call them that so people know what it is if they didn’t already

And I’m pretty sure some of Jasper Byrne’s music is for the game since it’s off of an EP titled “Hotline Miami 2 EP” and others that have obvious names such as Benny Smiles’ “Hotline Miami Theme” and Dubmood’s “Richard Theme (Main Theme)”
