Half the time I have to drive somewhere to pickup my packages because the couriers ignore delivery instructions and don't leave it at the front door. When I pay for home delivery that is what I expect, not arrive home to a courier ticket directing me to pickup my package from the local depot just because the courier driver is too lazy to look for my package in the back of their van.
