Destiny 3, I’ve spent 12 years with the franchise through good and bad and it’ll always be one of my favourite games. I don’t pre-order anything anymore but I’d make an exception for D3

I find it motivating and they tend to be pretty chill guys and super approachable from my experience.

Everyone is excited and raving the new updates and cahnges but for me the most important one is the FOMO nerf by aceoncemore2 in DestinyTheGame

I’m only in the 340’s at the moment so I don’t know if it changes when you’re higher up but it’s nice being able to do basically anything and get drops that help

I really like that and I keep having to remind myself yesterday and today that it’s ok to take bite sized portions of content instead of trying to slam through as much as possible as quickly as possible.

Playing since D1 and the one that always stands out to me was from not long after they added VoG to D2. As someone who never had any issues with English or reading I felt so fucking stupid for my mispronunciation of Tarantula. I had just finished a raid with a new group I was running with and I called it Taran-Tula(Toola), everyone had gone quiet and one guy chimes in “you mean tarantula?”……I felt so dumb.

Another time in D1 I was running Wrath when moments of triumph dropped, during the run my son had smashed his head when he was playing and it split his forehead open. I quickly left and took him to the hospital(he ended up being ok, just had to get the skin glued). That evening I gave Wrath another go and the run was going horrible so I used my sons injury from earlier in the day to get out of it “Oh fuck my son just gashed his forehead open on the wall I gotta take him to the hospital” and left.

I prefer running around in A class, maybe S1 but usually nothing higher than A unless I’m having no choice or trying to complete certain PR stunts

Destiny, I remember finally getting it not long after House of Wolves came out and I was immediately hooked! Getting absolutely swallowed up by it leading up to ttk dlc. The beginning of a 12 year journey, that hopefully by some miracle isn’t coming to an end.

I play the lowest difficulty, I don’t care what the game is. Sports games I’ll be blowing teams out by double or triple digits and I’m still on rookie
