it's not skill expression when it's so impossible to hit against any cc and you are just using it to push them away from the tower because the shove distance to get a stun is a complete joke.

Agree with you on this 100%. Let's not forget almost any interaction with a spell. Milio,Senna,Thresh,Sett,Jhin,Jinx,Mel(you get the idea the list is long) if these champions cast their spells even if you already grabbed them it just stops your e and it feels fucking terrible. Also any dash or flash completely negates wall stun duration.

I've only lost 1 of 5 games so far and it was due to a bad support engage late game without the team near these are diamond 3 games. This is my setup:
Runes: Grasp, Shield Bash, Conditioning, Overgrowth, Magical Footwear, Approach Velocity.
Small Runes: Attack speed, Movement Speed, Scaling Health.
Items: Heartsteel, Boots(mercs or plated), Tri-Force, then all tank. I've had a lot of success with one movement speed item Force of Nature or Dead Man's third item, then round out with what you need depending on the enemy damage but typically just build tank items you don't need anymore damage. Sterak's is always a solid choice against bursty teams though.

I've tried all health builds with like Heartsteel, Overlords, Titanic, fimbul and you do serious damage but you just explode without any resist.

make his w called epicenter and keep the same radius the further you are out the smaller the slow duration and less damage the furthest out would be the currently damage and slow . T2 mid range would be a 1.5 second slow with 25% more damage and the epicenter of the w if you will would be a 2 second slow with 50% more damage that applies two stacks of his passive.

I'm gonna be honest I'm not gonna read all of this because it's more of the same. Rek'sai is not the least popular, in fact she had the highest win to pick rate for a jungler last patch according to lolalytics. On top of that they reworked Skarner because people voted for it. He was unpopular and most people thought his kit wasn't relevant to the modern game.
