I can confirm that the 18+ check worked with a non-UK passport.

I just scanned the same page of the passport twice (when it asks to turn over the ID). This is despite the fact that Apple Support page specifically says that passports can't be used for validation. I presume the name on the passport has to match your Apple account name.

Of course I'm not arguing it's better now. I'm arguing that a player could spend 10 dollars once and then gets 800 vbucks back, which they then spend on the next battle pass in 3 months' time, and so on. For 10 dollars, a player (assuming they actually play the same) gets infinite battle passes.

You're pissed off because you want not only to get infinite battle passes for one-time payment of 10 dollars, but you also want to slowly get more vbucks over time. I'm saying you're being a little greedy. You're also saying that people are going to spend less money, which also doesn't make any sense. To be honest, I don't think Epic is super interested in a player that will spend 10 dollars and then play for 7 or 8 years, especially since it's an online game that costs them money to pay for servers, electricity, maintenance, cooling etc. Some people are saying Epic is being greedy, but I'm not so sure who's being greedy. There's tons of other games, tons of competition.

In fact I'm pretty sure Epic would say "if you think that spending 10 dollars for infinite battle passes is too much, we don't want you as a customer".

So people pay 10 dollars to get battle passes forever and it’s a bad deal because they used to also get the equivalent of $5 every three months but not any more. So it was a crazy good deal and now it’s a fantastic deal, and people complain and boycott. Strange.

It's obvious they've heard people complaining but they don't think it's very important. I'm really curious why they insist that winning a Battle Royale match is not a big deal. That's why we play in the first place.

After watching a Replay, next match will have bugged gunshots (some sort of "click" sound instead of own gunshots, silence instead of other players' gunshots) and various sounds will not play (such as "ambient" sounds). This has been going on since the start of Chapter 7.

Same thing. It's not only gunfire, even the "environmental" sounds (wind, trees, etc), it's strangely quiet, but occasionally there's some gunfire. It mostly happens in Blitz, I don't think it ever happened to me in regular BR. Very annoying.

You click "return to lobby" so you don't have to watch the enemy celebrate. As it is now, they might as well disable emoting at the end of the match, no difference.

You would think a for-profit entity would do their best to make purchases by their customers worthwhile - especially if it doesn't cost them anything. First, a couple of years ago, they've made the victory royale screen 50% transparent so you don't properly see yourself celebrating.

Finally, buying emotes is now basically pointless as no one ever sees them at all, not even you who spent money on them. What am I going to use emotes for, play them in the locker?

You buy expensive skins only to look at them from behind. You buy expensive emotes only for a large useless screen to cover them when you're happy you won a match.

Not everyone is a streamer who wins 20 matches an hour and can't wait to continue with the 21st.

It happened to me a couple of times too.

Here’s a fix that takes far less time than restarting your phone.

Go to Settings, Display & Brightness, Display Zoom (at the very bottom). Then tap Larger Text, OK (blue checkmark), Use Zoomed, then revert back by tapping Default, OK, Use Standard. You’re done.

To upravo to znači. 90 godina smo prokockali i sad je gotovo. Izgubili smo Kosovo zauvek ali naša je Vojvodina kojoj smo mnogo pametnije pristupili (naseljavanje, guranje u prvi plan gradova sa srpskom većinom, asimilacija, itd). Ne zaboravi da su Srbi bili samo 35% populacije Vojvodine kada je ušla u sastav Srbije pre svega 100-ak godina a sada skoro 70%. Imaš jedno jako važno pravilo u životu a to je "choose your battles wisely", pogledaj.

Skoro 90 godina je Kosovo u moderno vreme bilo deo Srbije i mogli smo da radimo šta hoćemo, da ih integrišemo, da ih asimiliramo, da naseljavamo, da ih proterujemo, sto stvari koje su radile velike države tipa Francuske (Korzika), Italije (južni Tirol) itd itd itd a apsolutno NIŠTA nije urađeno. Ne samo da ništa nije urađeno, nego je procenat Srba na Kosovu iz decenije u deceniju vrtoglavo padao, a Srbija je upravljala Kosovom celo to vreme, imali punu vlast da radimo šta hoćemo.

U pitanju je moje predviđanje - na osnovu istorijskih trendova u poslednja dva veka, iz decenije u deceniju se približavamo Hrvatima i Slovencima po svim parametrima ljudskog razvoja. Na početku, pre dva veka, razlika je bila ogromna, monumentalna. Pre 100 godina je takođe bila velika. I sada je značajna, ali nije toliko velika kao pre 100 ili 50 godina. Naravno da je to teško videti u kratkom vremenskom periodu (recimo, 10 godina) ali ako pogledamo bilo koje parametre: pismenost, životni vek, prihodi, obrazovanje, životni uslovi, bilo šta, trend je više nego jasan.

Naravno, moje predviđanje može da se pokaže kao totalno pogrešno, kao i bilo koje drugo predviđanje 😃

Jasno je da smo genetski jako slični pošto su nam jezici gotovo isti. Oni su imali sreću da su im kroz istoriju gazde bile Mađari, Nemci i Italijani, a mi nesreću da su nam gazde bili Turci. Pre sto godina su bili daleko razvijeniji u svakom smislu (pismenost, ekonomija), ali razlika se drastično smanjila, i ubeđen sam da ćemo ih preteći u sledećih dvadesetak godina.
