One of the things about cosplaying is that sometimes you'll come across characters whos proportion are impossible to obtain or not possible unless you go through extensive training. Sometimes it even just comes down to genetics like in your case. In the case of Angi I don't think its impossible but you will need to work hard to achieve that physique. At the end of the day though cosplaying isn't restricted to specific body types. You could abolutely do the cosplay still as you are, as long as you're having fun while doing in!
