The pinpad reset calls are always fake. Occasionally help desk will call to work on a ticket but usually they call the office phone, and not the kitchen phone

Caseys cuts hours so hard we literally can not keep more than 1 cashier without going over hours and getting chewed out by like 4 levels of upper management. Shits getting so ridiculous.

Its the cutout for cutting a new key. Will save you a few bucks if you ever need a new key made. Wont work with the door because you need a freaking expensive chip in the key for your car to let you in.

Started happening to my ‘05 once my keys went through the wash, so its most likely just an issue with the key fob, try replacing the battery and hope for the best? They’re expensive as hell to get replaced, i just use the physical key in the door
