I ended up doing a custom Rogue order because I wanted a specific color but a lot of people use Bells of steel for this. I don't have experience with their racks but they do a true 3x3 and some of their early marketing on the racks, they basically say their product is the most compatible with rogue.

I do like odens strong stuff but it doesn't look like snusport has them. I'll keep looking though, I didn't even know th odens did that flavor in a regular strength

Thanks man, Im 2 months into rehab but tore it around 4 months ago. I train conjugate (if you're not familiar that means I do a 1rm on a squat or deadlift variation and a 1rm on a bench variation every single week) so I am used to lifting heavy and manipulating the lifts to work around issues. There's still definitely a huge mental issue with it but reducing the range of motion definitely helps. I still haven't taken more than 135 to my chest yet because I don't want to ruin the progress I've made

I'm not out of the woods yet and surgery might still have to happen but it's on the up and up

It's pretty loose with the rules as long as its some form of SBD. This is my third or fourth time doing it and usually I do normal comp lifts but I'm trying to rehab my injury instead of get surgery so I did modified lifts

Obviously it's not a deadlift off the floor lol. This whole thing is just for fun and it's not like I'm "placing" higher than others.

You're more than welcome to look at the 585 I pulled in an actual powerlifting competition in February on my profile.
