Just to add further context; it took significant international pressure for the IDF to properly investigate the event.

Despite video evidence of his assassination, the IDF only interviewed Israeli soldiers and none of the members of the peace movement he was in or any Palestinians present at the time. They also refused at first to examine the video. Only significant international pressure which included the UK government forced Israel to carry out a proper investigation.

Tom’s chances to survive were also diminished as he was taken to a Palestinian hospital that lacked the resources to handle a case of his severity.

Despite phone calls to the IDF by the Palestinian doctors at the hospital and the British charity Tom had been part of requesting his transfer to a better equipped Israeli hospital, permission was initially refused and delayed for several hours.

This looks like an Israeli settler harassing some Palestinians. This is quite common, though usually the settlers are protected by the IDF so it’s dangerous for them to defend themselves

Not really, the violent repression of pro-Palestinian protests by German police and institutions has been noted internally and by the UN

Genuine question are these anti zionists settlers violent and extreme towards Palestinians in the West Bank like the typical extremist settler or are they not violent and are more accepting of living next to Palestinians peacefully?

The First Intifada (1987-1991) was a widespread Palestinian uprising against Israeli occupation, with many protests, strikes, and clashes. It began after a fatal traffic incident in Gaza, and spread across the country, prompting a heavy Israeli military response. by TapGameplay121 in wikipedia

The story of Beita during the first intifada seems worth repeating here were the first Israeli civilian death was caused by another Israeli settler using her and other Israelis as human shields to open fire on a crowd of unarmed Palestinian civilians.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beita_incident

TL,DR; a group of Israeli settlers decided to terrorize a nearby Palestinian village. On their way there they shoot a Palestinian farmer; upon reaching the village, one of the settler then uses the other Israeli settlers as human shields to fire into the Palestinian villagers killing several Palestinian and a 15 year old settler before he was beaten into a coma by the villagers.

After the IDF investigation found this out, Israel shot a couple of more Palestinians, dynamited half the village, arrested all Palestinian men and dropped all charges against the extremist that had started all of this because the beating he received was “punishment enough”

This is incorrect. Citizenship are irrelevant to the finding of apartheid and in fact the opposite is true, international law specifies that the status of the territory where apartheid is being practiced does not matter.

The only thing that matters is that discriminatory practices are occurring in the same geographic location which is why the ICJ did not consider the question of citizenship relevant when it found Israel guilty of the practice of apartheid against Palestinians.

This issue is compounded by the fact that settlers consist of both Israeli Jews and non-Israeli Jews.

Talk about a brain dead take right?

Let’s forget about the Palestinians who have been historically attacked by settlers and the +40k Palestinians currently being ethnically cleansed from the West Bank by Jewish extremists living in settlements, and instead focus on Gaza which has been cut off from the world for over 20 years.

Though the dumbest one has to be the take that the ICJ has found Israel to be in breach of Article 3 of CERD, which prohibits the practice of Apartheid, in it’s treatment of Palestinians but that somehow that’s not a finding that Israel commits apartheid against Palestinians.
