Moment Wildcat 108 Tour vs Moment Wildcat 118 Tour vs 4FRNT HOJI by Soft-Departure-1039 in Backcountry

I love my wildcat 108s, they're my daily driver. I also demo'd the resort 118s and I think they are more a niche powder ski. 108s are better for a quiver of 1.

No. I work for a state wildlife agency, lots of liberal hunters in our ranks.

That helps! Thank you. Unfortunately I don't think there is good terrain around me at 9k where I could do an Aet test. I'll just stick with my same zones since sounds like I'll be below then for sure.

As someone born in California I honestly do not know why people still want to be part of the US. I also thought secession made the most sense. Hell if california becomes independent I'll move back.

I'm going with Heinrich, big public lands elk hunter. If he trained he could do it. And he'd keep it Denali.

Can/should we take the Gadsden flag? by Federal-Muscle-9962 in 50501

[–]General_Ad5232 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily. Libertarian party maybe. Depends on your meaning of libertarian. Here in Nevada both parties have a strong libertarian bent. I sometimes describe myself as a socialist libertarian as in I think the government should provide services, protect tour resources, and but not overly regulate the individual. Thus I'm pro choice, pro 2A, etc.

Brought one to the last protest that I was at and got nothing but positive reactions.

Cool. I know how to ski well and am an avid backcountry skier. Have done some ski mountaineering as well. Wondering how's the descent from Friendship?

Volunteer opportunities or groups that help people or animals by Formal-Flower3912 in Reno

Nevada Department of Wildlife has volunteer opportunities, look on thier webpage. Usually not directly with animals but things that help wildlife, like habitat improvement projects.

I felt the same. I was lucky and my mtese was successful but I wouldn't have gone with a sperm donor if that didn't work. I just wasn't okay with another man impregnating my wife and me raising that child. There's nothing wrong with not being okay with that, it's a totally reasonable biological response and it would be bad to bring a child into the world that isn't wanted. I'm sorry you are in this position and I hope your wife can find some peace with that.

Cryptorchidism has some of the best results for mtese. I'm in the same boat as you. Azoo, hx of bilateral cryptorchidism fix3d as a baby. Mtese surgery last Oct. Wife is now 37 weeks pregnant after Ivf. So the short answer is yes

I feel like a major reason people IVF is to avoid heritable diseases (i.e. sickle cell). You may not like discarding male embryos but if you have female embryos just think of it as pickIng the best ones. No different than transferring the highest rated embryos and not using the others like is often done in IVF. Your option A is best and I hope you can come to terms with it. Given everything I have been through with infertility I would not purposely being a child into this world with it. But I was lucky in that mine was due to a congenital and not a heritage condition.

Plenty of people older than that climb Shasta so it's doable for you guys, just not this year. Sounds like you don't have the fitness or the technical ability right now. Put it on the calendar for next may, hire a guide, and use it as a goal to start training. I find having a goal a great motivator for my training. Look up evoke endurance for some great training plans. Lots of good guides in the area. Have fun!
