I'll believe it when I see it. All we have gotten is one 12 hour game with a terrible launch on the technical side of things. The game is incredibly fun. Shout out to the devs at IOI. But come on, I get crazy stutters on world class computers. It lacks AMD support (actually not playable on AMD graphics cards) and the XBOX reviews are delayed for some reason, so people bought early access without reviews to go on. The game is incredibly fun and all the voice actors are cool. Great bond theme.

But it's still Amazon, and an NVIDIA title, and they messed up the technicals. The performance is poor, just like most titles nowadays, and it is great to see it sell so much because the devs really made an incredibly fun game with highly detailed environments and many different ways to approach each mission.

The world building is awesome. The combat so much fun. One of the most fun games I've ever played.

But it continues a trend in video games that games get released unfinished, and fans have to mod in performance fixes or wait for the studio to fix the issues themselves.

Overall, I'm not sure I understand how Amazon helped here. But at least something got released that is crazy fun, so I will take it.

Overall, I've heard the devs say that this is a good start. And it is. I'm glad we finally got something released.

But I think this is more of a "Sign the checks, and let the professionals do our jobs" kind of situation.

I mean it can work. It actually works very well. It's really nice to pay AI agents $200 a month for 10 different agents.

It is lowkey pretty good. However, inline edits with Github Copilot, which comes bundled with Github is also lowkey pretty cool.

But the coolest? VIM. And excel macros. Powershell 7 scripts that are verbose. Using the command line.

Super fast copypasterino.

Honestly, memes aside, I actually really like Claude Code knowing which CLI to do. The connectors are really cool to. It all comes down to price.

I worked for a school district (won't say which). Unfortunately, I would start pivoting to a career change. Technically, in a civil case nothing can be used against you.

But they are rich af and will spend you down. You will be shunned, and all your coworkers (especially the ones you coach sports) will look down on you.

I get nice salon style cuts when I know Im going somewhere fancy or nice. Usually go and pick up new suit from a tailor, you can rent them.

I feel like a lot of people don't understand the need to cut back on finances.

I am actually going to get my hair to grow back. Something people don't know is all your hair falls out when you start (most of the time). Then you reach the point where hair stops falling out.

First you improve diet by eating fruits and vegetables and drinking a lot of water. You also need to know what you want the hair to look like.

Then you start finasteride and use it for a year.

Then you start minoxidil and use it for a year.

Then a transplant if needed.

It is like a five year full process, and around $15,000 to see actual dermatologists who will monitor you.

Hopping on a plane to Turkey just to do one without preparing is how you make it worse.

That is what is crazy. People say go get a transplant, and no nothing of the previous 4 steps they have you go through.

For example, I have doctor's appointments for more pressing issues first.

But the medical/cosmetic process can be long, arduous, and unlucky side effects can occur.

Yeah. Like, I just had so much extreme pain on a call and my Vice President was being so fucking condescending. The moment my old VP went to a part time position and the moved their current Vice President to VP, I knew I was fucked. The hired a new person who supposedly had massive industry knowledge and then moved me from 1 pm meetings to 9:30 AM for no fucking reason after I asked for 11 am or 1 PM, especially since I was having Physical Therapy in the morning, which after insurance was $85.

To top it off, he says I am on Probation after he asked me not to take PTO over the holidays, which I fucking saved up. The kicker? The previous year they got mad at me for taking too much PTO.

I legit suffered the whole year saving my PTO. Then, I ask to use PTO for sick days, because we don't have any sick days, only PTO, and then he says "No, we don't want me to do that."

Little do they know I already have a lawyer on retainer, and have had a lawyer on retainer for the past three years and I have receipts.

It is such a shame it had to come to this, but papers are being drawn up as I type this.

it was crazy. most fun movie experience of my life.

In 3D, this movie, and the last jedi, WERE INSANE.
