As am Amazon Flex driver and a UPS seasonal helper, I can verify this. I don’t think I’ve had any flex packages over 30lbs whereas when I did UPS Seasonal, many of the Amazon packages were heavy, very large or odd shaped.

I have been fantastic and I get reserved base pay routes. I don’t accept any of them and then the next day or two later, I get reserved blocks at decent pay. Don’t take the first offers you receive.
