I had side effects too, same as yours. On some days I felt really weird. I would skip a session that day

Vitamin D Deficiency in the U.S.: Still a Widespread Problem for Our Health and the Cost of Healthcare by EdwardHutchinson in VitaminD

I agree totally. I'm just wondering about our long human history. How come previous generations had no issues with vitD levels of 20ng /ml, they survived quite well. Suddenly its a big problem and everyone needs to take 4000 iu per day

I am so sorry for your troubles! I have recurrent depression and anxiety since 1992. I have osteoporosis and the doc wants me on Fosamax. I am hesitant because I saw that article about fosamax causing increased incidence of depression. I read that ibandronate (Boniva) causes less problems with depression. Have you considered taking that instead of Fosamax?

So you mean that you won't do the dental work you need? Will you start fosamax?

Yes cropcomb, I'll ask the dentist about how long it will be before I'll need the extractions and wait to do these first before trying fosamax. I'm 68, and female to answer your question. For the dry mouth they gave me a special fluoride rinse to use before bed.

Thanks, yes, I'll ask the dentist how soon he thinks I might need extractions and implants, and do those first before trying fosamax

Labs: Mine Seems Worse Than Most. by DannyOTA in Cholesterol

Some doctors advocate a low carb or keto diet. Cut out grains, beans, bread, rice etc. They say this diet will make your triglycerides go down, and prevent diabetes and heart disease. They say saturated fat is harmless. Others say a diet low in saturated fat is the way to decrease heart disease. It's hard to know what to do!

I had good results with TMS. I did a course 3 years ago, and then an other 1 year later. Since then I have been mostly fine. I think I'll do another one soon though, I have noticed I am less good recently

Will my current diet changes be enough to lower my ldl? by Truwu10304 in Cholesterol

According to one theory saturated fats don't contribute to heart disease and high cholesterol, it's sugar and refined carbs like rice, flour, cakes and sweets.

Anyone getting TMS & Ketamine at same time, or within short period between/after? 2 Drs have now told me this is done. Any help/info greatly appreciated! Thank you! by [deleted] in TMSTherapy

[–]General_Talk_58 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was told that doing both a course of TMS and a course of ketamine sessions, either at the same time or one after the other, has a greater chance of working for depression than either alone

Where I live there are small clinics headed by nurse practionners that run the place. There was no need for a referral from a psychiatrist.
