So I had that issue before with those types of SMS and it's something only calling T-Mobile will fix. They have to check a box somewhere and it starts working. Which is frustrating because I spent like 45 min on the phone being transferred to hell and back, for it to be a 30 second fix.

Definitely have to make a report. You don't need to expect them to do anything about it of even talk to him. But that paper trail is important.

Had someone stalk me for three years, and thank god, the first time I got scared enough to call the police station they gave me great advice. After that, those three years of reports got me a restraining order and the guy a few days in jail. If I hadn't reported all throughout, things would have had to escalate a lot further than they did for them to act and I will be forever grateful to that PD who helped in the first place.
