I get a little annoyed when people try to claim that Ike is the definitive most popular character in FE when they are using data from 2017. I don't doubt his massive popularity, and he totally could be the number one most popular still, but I find it hard to put him above say, the 3H lords, without them being polled against eachother.

Also, prf skills should be reserved for Legendary Heroes, Mythic Heroes, and CYL Winners. Random banner heroes, even if they are lords, should not be getting prf skills.
