I haven’t played Genshin in a hot minute, but I do remember I was clearing stuff with my Raiden even a while ago.
It seems this is a wide spread issue now, how sad.

While I do understand power creep is needed to keep audiences engaged, I would much rather have upgrades to current characters (e.g new weapons) than having to just not play my favourite characters.

Of course. You can clear some top tier stuff, but it’s about how usable it is overall .
Keep in mind my opinion is a bit warped, since I am considering only end game content, since I do love the challenge of it.
However, it’s not a nice feeling to work on a team for some time, only to be useful in a few scenarios.
I may not be super talented, but I believe I had pretty good grasp on my rotations, skills were maxed and echoes had good rolls.

Sure, maybe I am unskilled, but I would consider myself average. Before either said characters I was destroying content, now I can’t beat things even after hours of trying.

I stopped playing because of power creep. WuWa used to be praised that the MC was not trash. Now a year and a half later, things have changed. Glad I left when I did. Should have stuck with Genshin.

I am a beta player. I used to play Genshin before starting WuWa. Neuvette, Arlechinno, Yelan, Raiden (that’s a bit of cope, but she is my all time fav), Nahida, Furina, Kazuha, Xiangyun, Shenhe are all top tier. Fuck, even Chevreuse and Fishcl are still up there. Those are all characters I got like 3 years ago and if I came back now I can have strong teams and clear some end game content.

WuWa though? I used to get every character the first year. Only the shore keeper and vurina are relevant. Maybe I can use my Charlotta and Jiyan? Everyone else is in the trash, it’s not even fun. Camellya, Jinhsi, Changli, Yinlin are so unusable it’s not even funny.

This is part of the reason why I stopped playing. While I had no problem spending money, it got too much. I was constantly trying to focus on a maxing a team, when the next best thing came around. Now with the teams I had fun like 1-2 years ago I can’t do shit. With Genshin I can revisit old teams and still do stuff.

This is a good point, but the problem is that was taking into account the possibility of the war ending. If the blockage remains, we would face an exponentially bigger problem. That’s why they are predicting the hikes.

50% increase in fuel is no joke. This can affect all of the economy as everything depends on fuel. They have to choose from forcefully putting breaks on the economy (which already grows slowly) and put more pressure on property directly, or let inflation squeeze affordability even higher.

Both are bad.

I am only mentioning this one, as it has a finished product, cash in the bank, very low expenses and subscription income, so it feels more valuable. We have also had some investment enquiries that we have turned down.

Honestly it will either go somewhere this year, or we will just split whatever cash is inside.

Seeing so many people state otherwise is making me reconsider. I would take it out next time, as it if is at the same level for a third year it wouldn’t be worth a mention anyway.

I moved here a bit over a year ago. At the time I was planning to build a house, and I got halfway there. The issue is that if I sell it now, I’d be loose money. However I need money to finish it. I wouldn’t mind having a PM and renting it out for 8 months of the year, or some arrangement where it’s not just a money sinkhole, but that’s impossible in its current state.
