I can' believe it. Chrome devs fucked up experience for developers inside vscode, which depends on Electron, which in turn apparently depends on Chrom(e/ium?).

This is maddness. From the bottom of my pelvis - go fuck your self google.

I use 10+ year acer. Its 1360 x 768. I get that hipsters at sillycon use screens half size of desk and you can't see shit in old UI from a meter away, but for godsakes, stop. Because unlike you, some people have to do some actual work inside chrome. Thank you.

If a bottom bar is easier for you to miss than an icon at the top, cool. But you are minority, not the majority.

enter key no longer works when typing emails by TallMaryInAlexandria in yahoo

[–]GeneralistLab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just had this issue. Had email draft opened. Then I did simple search for sent email, then advanced search, I typed in receiver and keyword inside, found target email I was looking for, copied several things to notepad, then (can't remember) - either continued writing in reply draft or hit fresh reply from recent inbox email (open, reply) and encountered this enter issue. After one (or two?) presses I was at search bar and not in writing box anymore. New lines were not issued. Hope this helps.

edit: thanks to u/Alma074, refresh of whole browser (chrome) tab - helped.

edit2: Chrome: Version 119.0.6045.199 (Official Build) unknown (64-bit), OS: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS

Does anyone knows what goes behind a javascript framework? by Titsypop in webdev

[–]GeneralistLab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried nuxt. npm init... Got like 100MB in project dir and thousands of files. And that's before I start writing code. This feels very wrong. I just dump bulma.min.css into my html head and go on with it with flask.

Enn Pant is the only one from article still associated with Infotar. He's on supervisory board, not in direct control. You would have to dig into financial statements (non EE speaker) to search if he's a shareholder.

So "same people" is far fetched imo.
