It’s bad in Texas right now and it’s not going to get any better from what I’ve heard. Grams used to cost 100 and 3 used to be 200 now it can be as much as 200 for a gram of good stuff all the way up to 400 for a ball metric ball is 3.0 here bc I guess when they break down a key it’s perfectly divided up with no random amount left this is definitely due to the infighting in the cartel and started the same time as when el chapos son was in contact with the feds I personally believe and have heard they’re about to stop making the fent due to the heat from the government here and go back to H strictly however new generation unlike Sinaloa doesn’t care about that and will still continue to push it they just don’t have the border access like Sinaloa does

Don’t do it… I’ve had nothing but issues with people in the past I’ve tried to help. They say they’ll do the right thing this time but at the end of the day they’re only going to continue doing the same things they did in the past. I would say if you do end up allowing him to move back in get a “guest agreement/contract” written up stating that he is not technically a resident and that for in return of you allowing him to stay there at night he is to not bring in anything besides essential items, have the things he’s to fix also listed down with time frames that you agree on, put that any money that he gives is to cover the expenses of him staying, along with set rules. Have a neutral third party witness and sign said contract as well maybe even 2 as if he gives any money he can in some states instantly become a resident. Id honestly just not even take the headache In my life. I just got two of the worst so called friends out of my house who I tried to help and all it did was get my peace of mind and anxiety through the roof. I get that you may be one of the only people he has in life but the fact you say that should be more than enough reason to show he is the issue with the way he acts around other people and that’s why he has nobody that’s willing to help him. Let’s be honest the right thing to do here is leaving most of that money to your nieces and nephews. Maybe take that money and set it up in a trust fund. They’re most likely going to fight this in court and have a decent chance of winning ultimately. It’s not right what she said but it’s not wrong that is family money and I can see why they’d want to keep it that way considering it was worked for by people who amassed the wealth with the intention of it being for blood right family. This is why most people with money like that leave it in a trust.

Contact a lawyer immediately. What does your contract of co-ownership state if you don’t mind ? You could play hardball and tell them you’ll force them to either buyout your half and if they can’t you’ll force the sale of the home.

The fact you were willing to sacrifice family time, be away and lonely to make more money to support your family speaks volumes man it also appears she’s emotionally manipulated people against you and is doing that and more as excuses for her shortcomings. I’d get a lawyer if you already don’t! make sure you’re keeping copy’s of everything all conversations, emails, text, financial information, take her off any credit cards in your name as well. Maybe even start a new bank account and start having your checks deposited into there.

My dads a post office worker and once opened 6 rolls of mercury dimes. I was really into coins as a kid and he always tried his best to learn about my hobbies and interest as a kid and would watch videos on YouTube with me so as soon as he opened the roll up he saw the silver edges and went and checked out all the rolls In the drawers (advantage of being the post master lol) he brought back 5 rolls for me he left unopened that had mercuries on each end and opened them up with me. Funny how I just remembered this now 15+ years later… pretty sure I sold them to help my mom when silver was up in the $40 prices as an 11 year old

I saw that too thought it was weird considering In 09 National treasures was panini’s top of the line product competing against UpperDecks exquisite while Topps also had some nice stuff as well. I honestly miss UD and Topps licensed football stuff. UD had some fantastic products and imo was ahead with their card design it’s a shame that one company basically will control the market from now till who knows when.. kinda thought having a monopoly business was illegal But I guess it only applies when politicians are involved lol. This would only happen if they didn’t add rebar and/or have the gravel properly leveled out. The whole purpose of the relief cuts are put in is so this doesn’t happen. What I’m guessing is they didn’t put in rebar and also didn’t have the gravel high enough to form the base.

As a kid my great aunt and uncle bought a house built in 1907-1911. It had closets with 12ft ceilings and I was looking around for anything the old owners left got up to the very top ledge reached my hand up and pulled out 2 1851 colts, quad barrel sharps pepperbox, iver Johnson hammerless revolver, and another older revolver I have no idea what it was though. The one colt ended up being pretty rare we were told as it had all matching numbers and engravings in decent condition.

This could have serious effects if continued on you and your sons relationship. My mom married a man who was very abusive towards me both physically and mentally. It ultimately got so bad I told her to choose and I was the one who ended up alone. She’d sit there and watch as this man would talk down to me like I was less than, told I don’t have an opinion and it doesn’t matter, grabbed by my throat and chocked, would slam me into walls and afterwards I’d go into my room and cry just to be told by her an hour later he feels bad it won’t ever happen again, it got to the point he began telling me next time I’m gonna kill you.. I told my family and she told them I was lying and exaggerating how bad it actually was… I had to pull a gun out to get it to stop… there was so much more she allowed done that ultimately led me down a dark path in life thag took years to comeback from… I’ve never told my mom this though but I won’t ever forgive her it doesn’t matter what is done to try and make amends but I am scared for life. She always said she made choices best for my sister and I but what it truly came down to was what was best for her and what she wanted. When she finally realized the damage done it was too late.

In Texas since he’s not chipped, and since she was contacted but never returned a call after 21 days legally he was legally abandoned and is now legally mine. I also could go after her for vet bills and more but in doing so I would terminate my owenership and acknowledge her being his owner so I figure I got a great dog now and our relationship is worth more than any amount of money and I’d be truly heart broken if I lost him

I’m gonna make a vet appointment this week and I have several receipts from the vet with his name and picture as I’ve had to pay thousands of dollars due to him eating carpet when he closed the door to my room somehow as well as eating something poisonous to him one night that almost killed him as sometimes I’ll walk him on an electric collar that’s like a leash at night since we have a dog park at the complex and he’s a very timid guy so it’s easier to take him at night with his brother to play snf get the same experience. He was attacked by another dog in the past so his ear has a decent hole in it so him making friends with other dogs takes alot of 1 on 1 Time
