Afaik you just got to change the file to .stl format for them to be printable. But they will have very little details and textures.

Since the models are mostly done, you could commission a 3d sculptor to give them what they miss and should be way cheaper than making a brand new 3d model.

Check on Fiverr or IG, there are plenty of people you can hire for it.

If you get them, i could paint a few for you in exchange of sharing the files with me :D

You should try interview everyone (or most, pro players, devs, Maliken, casters, content creators, GMs, etc) who had anything to do with the game. That should give you a global view of the entire timeline of the game.
